Accessibility statement

Corina Plast SRL wants inchirieriutilaje.ro to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement applies to the inchirieriutilaje.ro website, in Romanian and English, and to the online booking service.

Standard

The website follows Romanian Law no. 232/2022 on accessibility requirements for products and services (transposing Directive (EU) 2019/882) and WCAG 2.1 level AA, as adopted in the European standard EN 301 549.

Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. The known exceptions are listed below.

What we have done

• page language declared (Romanian / English) and a clear structure: one main heading, headings in order, marked regions (header, content, footer);
• a “Skip to content” link for keyboard users and a visible focus on links, buttons and fields;
• text alternatives for all machine images;
• text contrast of at least 4.5:1; links in text are also underlined, not only coloured;
• labels on form fields (booking, contact, account);
• touch targets large enough on phones; the site works with text zoom up to 200%.

Known limitations

• PDF documents (pro forma, invoice, manufacturer spec sheets) are not yet structured for screen readers. On request, we send them as text.
• The availability calendar can be used with a keyboard, but picking dates is faster with a mouse or touch screen. You can also book by phone.
• Some third-party components (cookie consent bar, map, WhatsApp button) may have limitations we do not fully control.

How it was assessed

Self-assessment carried out on 28 September 2026: automated testing (axe-core / Lighthouse) on the main pages — home, categories, machine page, cart, account, FAQ, legal pages, in Romanian and English — plus manual checks of structure, labels and keyboard navigation. Average score: 99/100. The statement is reviewed at least once a year and after any major change to the site.
