Write to office@inchirieriutilaje.ro or call +40 744 66 77 33. We reply within 30 calendar days of receiving your complaint. Please include your booking number and a description of the problem.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR / SAL)

Under Government Ordinance no. 38/2015 you may use the alternative dispute resolution procedure, free of charge, through ANPC. Complaints are filed online on the ANPC platform:

European ODR platform

The European online dispute resolution platform (ODR / SOL) was discontinued by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, as of 20 July 2025. For disputes, use the ADR procedure above.

Right of withdrawal

For consumers (private individuals), Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 provides a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract. You can exercise it from the Cancel your order section or by email.

Note — exceptions provided by law: the right of withdrawal does not apply to rental services already fully performed with your express consent, nor to contracts that set a specific date or period of performance (Art. 16(a) and (l) of GEO 34/2014). In practice: if the machine has already been delivered and used, or the booked period has started, withdrawal is no longer possible. In these cases the cancellation policy in the Rental Terms applies.

For companies the right of withdrawal does not apply — the relationship is B2B and governed by the Rental Terms.

persistent_shopping_cart	Stores the key (ID) of the persistent cart so the cart can be restored for an anonymous shopper.
privateData	Local storage for private session data (cart, account) so the site shows your information correctly.
private_content_version	Appends a random, unique number and time to pages with customer content to prevent server-side caching.
product_data_storage	Stores configuration for product data related to Recently Viewed / Compared Products.
recently_compared_product	Stores the IDs of recently compared products.
recently_compared_product_previous	Stores the IDs of previously compared products for easy navigation.
recently_viewed_product	Stores the IDs of recently viewed products for easy navigation.

searchReport-log	Remembers searches made on the site to show results and suggestions correctly.
section_data_clean	Signals that local section data (cart, messages) needs to be refreshed.
