Demolition with excavator and hydraulic breaker

In demolition the excavator works from a distance: it pulls down, breaks concrete with the hydraulic breaker and sorts the rubble with the grab, with nobody under the structure. The operator has experience with old structures and knows the order in which a building comes down.

What to prepare before we come

  • The demolition permit, where required, and disconnected utilities (power, gas, water).
  • What stays on site (fence, trees, neighbouring buildings).
  • How rubble is removed: skip, dump truck, recycling.
  • Whether there is asbestos or other hazardous material — removed separately by licensed firms.
