Foundation excavation with excavator and operator
Digging the foundation is the first job on site and the one that must not go wrong: level, width and trench walls matter for everything that follows. We send the right excavator with an operator who reads the foundation plan.

For houses, the ZX48U-6 mini excavator fits narrow plots and digs exactly the footing width with the narrow bucket. For basements and halls, the ZX210-6 moves the large volume faster and loads straight into the truck.
What it costs: an example
Hitachi ZX48U-6 mini excavator (5.1 t) + narrow bucket, the minimum rental of 10 days, delivered to Sebeș:

Plus a refundable deposit of RON 500 (no VAT), returned within 5 working days. Diesel is not included: full tank at hand-over, full at return. The calendar on the machine page calculates the exact price for your address and dates.
What to prepare before we come
- The foundation plan (or at least a sketch with dimensions and depth).
- Setting-out by a surveyor or the builder, with stakes.
- Where the soil goes: stays on site for backfill or leaves by dump truck.
- Access for the machine: gate width, overhead cables, known buried utilities.
