Our fleet meets the Stage V emission standard, the latest European regulation for construction equipment engines (Regulation (EU) 2016/1628).

Legally, demolition is a dismantling work and falls under Law no. 50/1991 on the authorisation of construction works.
Documents required before work begins
- Demolition permit, issued by the local council where the building is located.
- Urban planning certificate, required before the permit.
- Proof of ownership of the property.
- Waste management plan — rubble is handed over to an authorised operator.
Responsibilities
We provide the appropriate machine — an excavator with a hydraulic breaker — together with the operator. Obtaining the permits remains the responsibility of the owner or the contractor.

💡 Yes. Demolishing a building requires a demolition permit issued by the local council under Law no. 50/1991. The permit is obtained by the owner before the work begins.
Documents required for individuals
- An identity document.
- No plant operator certificate is required — the machine is operated by our operator, who holds the certificate and is responsible for the manoeuvres.
- The deposit for the selected machine.
Documents required for companies
- VAT number and billing details — entered when booking and validated automatically.
- An authorised representative to collect the machine, if the company representative does not collect it in person.
Rates
The rates are identical. For companies VAT is deductible; for individuals, the final price includes 21% VAT.

💡 Yes. We rent to both companies and private individuals, at the same rates. Individuals only need an identity document; no plant operator certificate is required, as the machine is rented with an operator.
