How to book, how to check free dates in the calendar, which documents you need.

Bookings are made online in a few steps, and the full price is shown before you confirm:
- Choose the machine suited to the job: a mini excavator for yards and house foundations, a larger excavator for deep excavation, a bulldozer for levelling.
- Select the rental period in the availability calendar. Booked days are marked, and the minimum rental period is 10 days.
- Add the attachments you need (narrow bucket, hydraulic breaker, auger) and choose delivery to the job site or collection from our base.
- Click “Add to cart” and complete the order with your billing details, as an individual or a company.
The operator is included in the daily rate and does not need to be added separately. After placing the order you receive a pro forma invoice by email with the total amount; the machine is handed over once payment has been received.

Bookings can be made at least one day before the start date. The calendar on each machine page shows free and booked days in real time.
We recommend planning according to the season:
- Spring and autumn (March–June, September–November) are peak periods for foundations and earthworks; we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance.
- In summer and winter machines are usually available at a few days’ notice.
- Delivery requires the trailer to be scheduled: in Alba Iulia and the surrounding area the machine usually arrives the next day; elsewhere, depending on distance.
A machine confirmed for another customer cannot be booked for the same days. If you have a fixed start date (for example, a concrete pour), we recommend booking early and confirming by phone on +40 744 66 77 33.
💡 Bookings can be made at least one day before the start date. During the busy season (spring and autumn) we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance.
Availability is shown in real time, directly on the website:
- On each machine page, the calendar marks days already booked or blocked for maintenance. Once you select the start and end dates, the price is calculated immediately.
- From the home page you can search by period: select the dates and the machine type (excavator, mini excavator, bulldozer), and the website shows only the machines available on those days. The selected period is carried over automatically to the machine page.
The calendar uses the same data as confirmed bookings, so days shown as free can be booked immediately. When you place the order, the period is reserved for you.
If the machine you want is not available, we recommend a similar model — for example the ZX170W-6 wheeled excavator instead of a crawler excavator — or moving the period by a few days.
💡 Availability is shown in real time: the calendar on each machine page marks booked days, and the search by period shows only the machines available in the selected interval.
Few documents are required, because the machine is operated by our operator:
- Individuals: name, address and phone number for the invoice; an identity document at handover.
- Companies: VAT number and billing details (entered with the order) and, if you are not collecting the machine in person, an authorised representative.
- A handover report is signed at handover, recording the machine’s condition, engine hours and fuel level.
No plant operator certificate is required: our operator holds one and is responsible for the manoeuvres.
For the work itself, approvals and permits remain the customer’s responsibility, in accordance with the Rental Terms: building or demolition permit, approvals from utility providers (water, gas, electricity) to protect underground networks, and a permit to occupy the public domain if the work is carried out on the street. 💡 For a booking, your contact and billing details are required (individual or company). A handover report is signed at handover. Permits for the work itself (building permit, utility approvals, etc.) are obtained by the customer.
The real availability of the machines is visible on the website before you send a request.
Booking steps
- Select the machine and the period in the calendar; booked days are marked.
- Add the attachments (buckets, hydraulic breaker, auger) and services you need.
- Check the total price, including transport and deposit, before confirming.
- Book online; the period is reserved in the calendar immediately.
Factors affecting delivery time
- Distance — in Alba Iulia and the surrounding area, usually the next day.
- Trailer scheduling — heavy machines are transported one after another.
- Season — spring and autumn are peak periods.
