Yes. The deposit is refundable, and its amount depends on the machine:
- Hitachi ZX48U-6 mini excavator: RON 500;
- Hitachi ZX170W-6 excavator: RON 1,500;
- Hitachi ZX210-6 excavator: RON 2,000;
- Liebherr PR726XL bulldozer: RON 2,000;
- Hitachi ZX250LC-7 excavator: RON 2,500.
The deposit is paid together with the rental, based on the pro forma invoice, before the machine is handed over. It is not a cost: it is not invoiced as revenue and is not subject to VAT.
It is refunded in full within 5 working days of the machine being returned in good condition. In the event of damage, only the actual repair cost, supported by documents, is withheld; normal wear and tear is not. See also about the refundable deposit.

Yes. The machines are insured against the usual risks: motor third-party liability for the trailer and comprehensive (CASCO) cover where applicable. In addition, every rental includes insurance of RON 40/day, which is mandatory and included in the price calculation.
The customer remains liable for:
- the insurance excess, up to the limit communicated at booking;
- damage caused by negligent use, use not in accordance with the operating manual, or in circumstances that exclude compensation (alcohol, missing required documents, technical modifications);
- theft of the machine, if reasonable measures to secure the site were not taken.
Because the machine is operated by our operator, the risk of damage from incorrect manoeuvres is significantly lower than with self-drive hire. The machine’s condition is checked on handover and on return and recorded in the handover report.

Please notify us immediately on +40 744 66 77 33 in the event of any damage, accident or technical problem, and stop work if the machine can no longer be operated safely.
- Technical faults not attributable to the customer (normal wear, operating defects) are repaired by us, at our expense.
- Damage beyond normal wear and tear — damage, missing parts, unauthorised interventions — is invoiced on the basis of a technical report, at actual cost.
Our operator checks the machine daily and can resolve minor issues on site. For other situations we respond as quickly as possible and inform you from the outset of the estimated repair time.

Refund
The deposit is refunded in full within 5 working days of the machine’s return, after its technical condition has been checked, if no damage is found.
Deductions
Deductions are made only for damage found at the final inspection and only up to the actual repair cost, supported by documents. Normal wear and tear is not deducted.
💡 The deposit covers any damage to the machine and is refunded in full within 5 working days when the machine is returned undamaged. The amount is RON 500–2,500, depending on the machine.
