How the price is calculated, VAT, the advance on the pro forma invoice, invoicing.

The rental price consists of the following components, all shown by the calculator before you confirm the booking:
- Daily rate — includes the machine and the operator; one day means 8 working hours, Monday to Saturday. Rates range from RON 800/day (mini excavator) to RON 2,500/day (bulldozer).
- Minimum period — 10 days.
- Insurance — RON 40/day, mandatory.
- Handover inspection — RON 150, charged once per order.
- Attachments — optional, from RON 45/day (bucket) to RON 180/day (hydraulic breaker).
- Transport — RON 1,500 for the first 75 km round trip, then RON 9.5/km; no charge if you collect the machine from our base.
- Deposit — refundable, between RON 500 and RON 2,500, depending on the machine.
Example: the ZX48U-6 mini excavator for 10 days in Alba Iulia = RON 8,000 rental + RON 400 insurance + RON 150 inspection + RON 1,500 transport = RON 10,050, plus a deposit of RON 500, refunded on return.
Hours beyond 8 per day and work on Sundays or public holidays are invoiced separately. All prices exclude VAT.

No. All prices on the website are shown excluding VAT: the daily rate, insurance, inspection, attachments and transport. VAT (21%) is added on the invoice in accordance with the law.
- For companies, VAT is deductible, so the effective cost is the price shown.
- For individuals, the final price is the price shown plus 21% VAT. For example, RON 800/day excluding VAT is RON 968/day including VAT.
- The refundable deposit is not subject to VAT, as it is not a cost but an amount that is returned.
Payment is made on the basis of a pro forma invoice, before the machine is handed over. The final invoice is issued on return, based on the actual days, and includes any extra hours or missing fuel. The pro forma and the invoice are also available in your customer account.
💡 No. All prices shown on the website exclude VAT. VAT (21%) is added on the invoice in accordance with the law. The refundable deposit is not subject to VAT.
After placing the order you receive a pro forma invoice with the total amount: rental with operator, insurance, inspection, attachments, transport and the refundable deposit.
- Payment is made in full, by bank transfer, before the machine is handed over. The pro forma invoice is valid for 5 days; please quote its number in the transfer reference.
- The final invoice is issued on return, based on the actual days. Extra hours, missing fuel or any damage are settled on it.
- The deposit is refunded within 5 working days of the machine being returned in good condition.
Payment terms are the same for companies and individuals. Late payments incur penalties of 0.1% per day, not exceeding the invoice value.
The pro forma and the invoice are available at any time in your customer account, under “My orders”, in PDF format.
💡 Payment is made in full, in advance, by bank transfer, based on the pro forma invoice (rental, services, transport and deposit), before the machine is handed over. Any differences are settled on the final invoice.
No. The calculator on the machine page shows the total before payment, and the pro forma invoice itemises every component:
- the daily rental, with operator included (minimum 10 days);
- insurance, RON 40/day;
- the handover inspection, RON 150;
- the selected attachments, if any;
- transport, if you choose delivery (calculated on the actual road distance);
- the refundable deposit.
After return, only usage beyond the standard conditions is invoiced, and only if it occurs:
- hours beyond 8 per day or work on non-working days;
- fuel missing from the tank (the machine is handed over and returned with a full tank);
- damage found at the final inspection, at the actual repair cost.
If the working schedule is respected and the machine is returned with a full tank, the amount paid is exactly the amount on the pro forma invoice.
💡 No. All costs are shown before you confirm: rental with operator, insurance (RON 40/day), inspection (RON 150), transport and the refundable deposit. Only excess usage is invoiced afterwards: extra hours, missing fuel or damage.
The cost depends on the machine’s output and the type of ground; rentals are charged per day, not per cubic metre.

Factors affecting the cost
- Type of ground — hard clay or compacted gravel reduce output by 30–50% compared with topsoil.
- Soil removal — if the soil does not stay on site, a dump truck is also required.
- Access — a confined site requires a smaller machine and therefore more working days.
Prices exclude VAT and do not include transport of the machine to the job site. The minimum rental period is 10 days.
💡 A 24 t excavator digs approximately 150–250 m³ of ordinary soil in one working day, so 100 m³ usually takes less than a day. The rate is RON 2,200/day with operator, excluding VAT; the minimum rental period is 10 days, plus transport.
