How is the rental price calculated?

The rental price consists of the following components, all shown by the calculator before you confirm the booking:

• Daily rate — includes the machine and the operator; one day means 8 working hours, Monday to Saturday. Rates range from RON 800/day (mini excavator) to RON 2,500/day (bulldozer).
• Minimum period — 10 days.
• Insurance — RON 40/day, mandatory.
• Handover inspection — RON 150, charged once per order.
• Attachments — optional, from RON 45/day (bucket) to RON 180/day (hydraulic breaker).
• Transport — RON 1,500 for the first 75 km round trip, then RON 9.5/km; no charge if you collect the machine from our base.
• Deposit — refundable, between RON 500 and RON 2,500, depending on the machine.

Example: the ZX48U-6 mini excavator for 10 days in Alba Iulia = RON 8,000 rental + RON 400 insurance + RON 150 inspection + RON 1,500 transport = RON 10,050, plus a deposit of RON 500, refunded on return.

Hours beyond 8 per day and work on Sundays or public holidays are invoiced separately. All prices exclude VAT.
