After placing the order you receive a pro forma invoice with the total amount: rental with operator, insurance, inspection, attachments, transport and the refundable deposit. Payment is made in full, by bank transfer, before the machine is handed over. The pro forma invoice is valid for 5 days; please quote its number in the transfer reference. The final invoice is issued on return, based on the actual days. Extra hours, missing fuel or any damage are settled on it. The deposit is refunded within 5 working days of the machine being returned in good condition. Payment terms are the same for companies and individuals. Late payments incur penalties of 0.1% per day, not exceeding the invoice value. The pro forma and the invoice are available at any time in your customer account, under “My orders”, in PDF format.

💡 Payment is made in full, in advance, by bank transfer, based on the pro forma invoice (rental, services, transport and deposit), before the machine is handed over. Any differences are settled on the final invoice.
