Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, under the following conditions:

  • Free of charge — if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date; the amount paid is refunded in full.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show — the equivalent of one rental day is withheld; the balance is refunded.

How to cancel:

  • from your customer account, under “My orders” or “My bookings”;
  • using the “Cancel order” button in the confirmation email or in the website footer (also available without an account, using the order number and email address);
  • by email to office@inchirieriutilaje.ro or by phone during business hours.

Refunds are made within 14 days to the account used for payment. If you only wish to move the rental period, please contact us: in many cases the dates can be changed without cancelling the order.

💡 Yes. Cancellation is free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the rental starts. With less than 24 hours’ notice or in case of no-show, one rental day is withheld and the rest of the amount paid is refunded.
